ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders typically ship the next business day depending on product availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 6:00 US CT (Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Customer support will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
**We are not responsible for duties/customs fees for international orders**
RETURNS
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is non-refundable
- Items must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in the original packaging
- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable
- Final Sale items may not be returned
- We monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior
