Returns & Refunds
At En Saison, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To Start a Return
Email hello@shopensaison.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Depending on your location and reason for return, you may be responsible for shipping; prepaid labels aren’t always available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange, return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred style or size.
Refund Process & Fees
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, perishables (food, flowers, plants), personal care items, custom or personalized products, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Contact us if you're unsure.
EU 14-Day Cancellation Right
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements and include proof of purchase.
